We do not offer same-day delivery. For orders within Abuja, delivery takes 1–2 working days. For orders outside Abuja, shipping takes 4–7 working days.

Please note that our products may melt or become liquid during transit, especially when exposed to high temperatures within Abuja and beyond. Rest assured, this will not compromise the quality or effectiveness of our skin and hair butters, even though the texture may change and the contents may appear reduced. To restore melted products, simply place them in the fridge for up to 10 minutes and then allow them to return to room temperature, away from direct sunlight. While we strive to maintain the texture of our products during shipping, we do not offer refunds for items that melt during transit. Thank you for your understanding and support.
