SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Sheashine Cosmetics! We strive to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

 

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we will always keep you informed.
 

Shipping Duration
Within Abuja: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Other States in Nigeria: 2-10 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: Currently unavailable.
 

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Any applicable fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking number (where applicable) to monitor your package’s journey.

 

Meltable Products (e.g., Body & Hair Butters)
Due to the handmade nature of our products, items like body butter may melt during transit in hot climates. While melting does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product, texture changes may occur. To solidify melted products, simply place them in the fridge for up to 10 minutes. Please note, we do not offer refunds for items melted during shipping.

 

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping details or an unresponsive recipient, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

 

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and its contents. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
 

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been opened or used.
Custom or personalized products.
Melted items during shipping (see our Shipping Policy for details).
 

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us at support@sheashine.com with your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.
Provide photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
 

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If approved, we will provide a return address for your package.

 

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
 

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and details of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
