Delivery Areas
We deliver across all 36 states in Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja). International shipping is currently unavailable.

Delivery Timeframes
Within Abuja: 1 – 2 business days after dispatch
Other states in Nigeria: 2 – 10 business days after dispatch

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Any applicable fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we will always keep you informed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking number (where applicable) to monitor your package's journey.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping details or an unresponsive recipient, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Provide photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back
Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect. If approved, we will provide a return address for your package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and details of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.
